MyriGlow Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MyriGlow! We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, from order placement to delivery. Please review our shipping policy for all the details regarding how we process and ship your orders.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please double-check your shipping details for accuracy.

  • Custom Orders: If you’ve customized your MyriGlow light, please note that customization may take additional time for production. Custom orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are based on the shipping method selected and are estimates.

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimated from the time your order ships, not when the order is placed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. If you are located outside of our shipping zones, please contact us for more information.

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses for some shipping methods. Please provide a physical address for faster delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress through our shipping partner’s website.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and offer a solution.

  • MyriGlow is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.


International Shipping

For international orders, shipping times and costs may vary based on your location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international shipments. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
